IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHANGES TO THE KYC VERIFICATION PROCESS WITH ONFA

ONFA is announcing an update to the KYC verification process to provide a better and more convenient experience for our customers. The changes are as follows: 

Basic Verification: 
Customers will need to provide clear images of the front and back of their identification document. 

Advanced Verification: 
Customers will need to upload an additional selfie with their identification document provided in the Basic Verification step. 

Important Notes: 
The photos must be clear, not blurry or overexposed, ensuring that the information is easily readable. 

We hope this update will make the verification process faster, easier, and more convenient for our valued customers.
